  • @getreadytowiggle1991 I agree with everything you said. With Greg & The Wiggles it was ALL about the music - Greg's singing, the dancing, the songwriting. The show was just them & the chemistry they had together. Now there are so many other people on stage that's it's probably difficult for the really little kids to know what is happening. Gymnastics shouldn't be part of a Wiggles show. Greg carried that show & this is an effort to hide that he is gone & no one else can really take over.

  • @getreadytowiggle1991 I remember an interview where Anthony said that one of the things they learned at college in their early childhood education courses was "always keep it simple" and that this was a rule they invariably followed. Looking at the current live shows and DVDS, it's apparent that they have completely forgotten this very important rule where entertainment of children is concerned.

  • honestly whats so bad about sam's voice? im being seriious O_o everyone keeps going on about how they miss greg but to the generation of children now, sam will be their 'yellow wiggle' its cause people are not use to the sudden change, i'm a 90's kid, greg was my 'yellow wiggle' but i still like sam a lot...

  • @getreadytowiggle1991 i could not agree more with you ever since greg left all they have been doing is handstands and front filps. All you seam to see in now days is jeffs and anthonys butt more then what you did when greg was in the group.

  • my boys love the wiggles.we love sam too. both of my boys are disabled. i love to watch the wiggles with both of them

  • Thatnk you so much I love Sam and I would rather hear him sing go santa go because Sam is one of my fave along with Murray Dorothy Wags and Henry

  • @getreadytowiggle1991 That would be very kind, and I'm sure it would be enjoyed by more than just me.

  • @getreadytowiggle1991 That must have been absolutely fantastic! I've seen videos of Greg performing when he was that young, and he was so full of joy and enthusiasm. It really is contagious, but in the back of my mind I can't help thinking how sad that it was taken from him even though he never wanted to leave. Did you know that Greg has said that he was 14 when he started to perform publicly? That's when he was chosen to sing lead in his high school's rock band.

  • @getreadytowiggle1991 What wonderful memories they must be! You are very fortunate to have seen the original Wiggles at their inception, so young and happy and full of hope for the future. I feel sorry for anyone who only knows The Wiggles through the new DVDS & shows. They really did need only their fantastic personalities, their chemistry, and their music to produce the most memorable shows ever.

  • @getreadytowiggle1991 I could never sit through any of the newer DVDS. I've seen bits and pieces & I've heard enough to know that they just are not what The Wiggles should be. What you say confirms my opinion even more. This afternoon someone posted remarks on The Wiggles Facebook page that sound just like what we have been saying. They said they were disappointed with the group & that they seemed to be concerned only with how big the show can be. The post was removed soon afterward.
