110 inverter welders one from harborfreight the other from longevity-inc. the longevity is better but costs 50.00 more.

The longevity can do 220 or 110 and is more powerful as a 110 welder and obviously as a 220. worth the extra cash IMO

  • @ Freddytk421 i went to the website to sheck out the $200 Longevity unit you were talking about but only saw like 2 things in that price range, the rest is all expensive as shit!

  • @masterfenixxx Just get the 200 one it's great. Those other machines cost more but can do more. Working metal is not a cheap hobby/whatever. I try to get the least expensive stuff that works and lasts but it still costs lostsa moolah. HAve you gone out to buy metal yet? you may want to turn back now LOL

  • was gonna buy one of them longevity welders for $200, but the longevity site don't work anymore.

  • @meancoyote I know. Maybe harborfreight took em out.

  • Hey nice vid! by the way where can i get that jacket with the split leather sleeves?

  • are those 6011? try a 6013 on an inverter. im use to 1/8 and 3/32 but your using 5/64 right?

  • i'm pretty new to welding, would a 110 be able to weld a 1/4 inch pipe rail used for holding up a 500 pound wooden roof?? I'm just trying to understand what a 110 can and can't do, also, would you use a 110 to weld your cars axles together?

  • I keep peekin" at that sculpture you got there.. lol.

  • forney made a good alternative to both. it was cheaper than the HF model is now, its 100 amps, 110v. freaking amazing spark, only 6lbs(afaik they discontinued it). i have mine setup for scratch start tig! :D lol just for shits and giggles though, my real baby is my clarke 130 mig( with gas). where do you get your metal?

  • 29 amps on looks good

  • :)
