60019 Bittern at Chichester, Cosham and Southbourne 12-12-09

60019 Bittern heads for the seaside on the 12th December 2009. Steam Dreams ran the trip, with the Cathedrals Express Headboard. 34067 Tangmere was originally supposed to haul this excursion, however, she pulled out late.

First we see her at Chichester, where the A4 arrives at the end of the trip. She then heads off to be serviced. This part is wobbly as I had to hold the tripod up with one hand while taking photos.

Next comes Southbourne, where the level crossings provide us with a knowledge of when the train is due. This for the turning movement. Finally, comes Cosham, where the A4 heads off to be serviced and turned at Fareham.

In order to see 6024 King Edward I (Not in this video) we had to leave Bittern here.
