i was in LA at the time of this was 12 stories up in a building...never knew what it felt like for a building to rock back and forth before...it was scary

we had to go to the hotel because they shut it down.. it was real. the first time, we thought the cart crashed and then we saw the "street" roll.... we rode it asap. its our fav. ride

Again.... as in previous threads, the earthquake training of the 60's that was created by people that had never been in an earthquake and based on........ absolutely nothing that is still taught in schools, is beyond silly.
The facts are, studies have proven the majorities of survivors of building collapse, in earthquakes and other collapse situation, are the ones that lay next to the base of walls.
