Changes that has to be done in here are quite a few, what you dont do is give money to private companies, ever!, Thats stupid idea, we have to be able to change our country by changing ourselves, i know many guys who would say yeah lets get those dumbasses congressman out of there, but they dont have the balls to back that up, and he's right, what is fucking our country up is the educational system,

The best thing to do in a country like my beloved Guatemala is keeping the money raised in the hands of private companies so we know that the money will be safe. Fucking politicians, military, and cops use the money for other purposes. "Education is the key" AMEN... but with the money safe is posible to provide the required education. Thank you for taking care about my country future.

Dario, it has to start somewhere. The guy is right about education. Knowledge can be a tool that can help the Guatemalan people to lift themselves up to a certain point such that they can try to change the government. It IS a corrupt government, no doubt, but change has to start somewhere.

How are these "projects" going to help liberate the guatemalan working poor in the long run from dependence on their corrupt government. You are only subsituting one patrionizing institution for another.
