This design is not that good in the uk as homes are built out of brick here. It would work best on the roof.

Is there a technical reason why you would not simply wrap the CD case in aluminum foil, cut the middle of the 75-300 transformer, and just stretch each tab to go under the clips already on the case?

@GuitarGare The technical design of this antenna is based on the design of the fractal antenna design that uses a fractal, self-similar design, and the binder clips have such shapes, to maximize the length, or increase the perimeter to achieve the best HDTV signal where possible. The objective was also to create a antenna using the simple office supply that everyone can obtain from the local stores. You can try to use aluminum foil but the antenna elements must form like the fractals.
