How do you do the cheat, I get confused with it.

I know about the cheat bar and the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true...but what do you write to stretch the skeleton?

Haha it's been so long that I had to look it up again, but what you do is after getting the cheat bar up you type stretchSkeleton, followed by the amount you want to stretch. For example, stretchSkeleton 2 should make the character twice the normal height, while 0.5 makes him short. 1 will take it back to the normal size. Hope this helps :)
