Fifth Avenue Auto Haus Ltd, claiming yourself as a "friendly" VW dealer. Can't you even afford to hire a quilified curtisey driver who at least has the basic repect to the traffic law and other people? Look at what happened on the morning of oct 12. Your old man illegally drived on the wrong lane blocking the upcoming traffic. Even worse, he yelled at me calling me "bastard".
