  • Is that wok stove air cooled or water cooled?

  • Air cooled

  • just wondering about the quantity and type of oil you use.. would it matter if the amount of oil used was reduced significantly and are you using vegetable oil.. i use canola .. is this ok .. thanks for the vid

  • 500g squid should be good for 2 person. If eat with rice then it's enough for 4 person.Yes you can use canoly oil. All of my cooking uses vegetables oil.Glad you enjoyed the video. Cheers

  • Hey Peter, how long did you blanch the squid for? How would I have to blanch the squid if it was fresh?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Peter!

    Your are a star!!!

I love this dish, i cook it alot!!

Thank you for the reply about the spare ribs with chilli pepper salt... really appreciated!!!

    Thanks again!

  • I can hardly hear you, but I think you said Hoisin Sauce, not Oyster Sauce.

  • Wow. That is easy enough and looks delicious. I like that "wok-air" also.

  • thank you..any recipe for crab cooking??

  • salt and pepper, little bit of sugar. and not forgeting oyster sauce.you can substitute oyster sauce with teriyaki marinade sauce or BBQ sauce or smokey flavour marinates.
