@NikonD5100Review1 The best thing to do would be to get a show without a subject (just the background) then take the shot of the subject. That way, you can just stamp the clean background shot over the subject if need be. That, or after smudging, use the background shot to stamp over the smudges. Hopefully you know what I mean.

I believe this is a very good video for one main reason. I have read numerou articles over the years about how models both male and female starve themselves and spend thousands of dollars for cosmetic surgery to look LIKE a supermodel. This video clearly shows that although being in good shape is important. There are methods of makeing one look better that do not cause health risk

In the same way that magazines alter photos and this deceives people - so are you deceiving people with this piece of "journalism". It's not journalism when you have an opinion that you try and justify with interviews. You have a nutritionist that you interview. Is a nutritionist an expert on people's psychology? If you wanted to back up your claim then you need a study...
