Patriot act lets government hold people without limit, who have commited no crimes, to "Prevent them from commiting crimes"

Thats rich aint it. Telling a person theyre likely to commit crimes A B and C and taking their liberty.

The patiot act also allows presidents to over turn any decisions a judge makes. Stalin didnt even have that power in Soviet Russia!!

What if someone had a nuke and was about to press the button to set it off should we wait till after he presses the button or before. I say before.

If he had a nuke, he would be breaking a law and should be dealt with. If, however, you think he may at some point in the future have one, yet he doesn't now nor has he been seeking one, he has done nothing wrong.

If someone has a nuke and is going to kill us with it they aren't going to annouce "we have a nuke." It is always going to be top secret. If we think someone has a nuke and are going to kill us with it we have every right to go and stop them if it will save lives.
