@bladesaint21 Yeah that note that he plays about 30 times over at the beginning of the video is real tricky to work out! (Man, if you're that much of a beginner you're wasting your time with this video.)

without the marking on neck it's very better for ear training! very nice lesson

@bladesaint21 Yeah I play a fretless and would never try and use it to guide new players visually.I wouldn't even use my Spector 'cause it has a 1st frett marker and even that can be confusing to new players.I would use my MusicMan bass as it has the most common pattern of fret markers ie;3,5,7,9,12,ect...Not everyone can think of everything although this really isn't material for a new bass player.
Without fret markings on the neck, makes the lesson more difficult.
