What you should have asked those students the following: 1) Do you support occupation? 2) Do you support illegal settlements? 3) Do you support Jewish only roads? 4) Do you support the bulldozing of Palestinian homes in the occupied territory, were Israeli law is null and void? 5) Do you support the bombing of hospitals, schools and Mosques (with white phosphorus in some cases)? 6) Do you support the oppression of Palestinian right to self determination? These questions would have been relevant!

@takewhole Before Israel became independent in 1948, she was ruled by the British from 1917-1948, and before that, the Turks for 400 years. Moreover, Jews have lived in Israel for more than 3,000 years, while the Palestinians didn't get there until the late 19th century. Therefore, the Israelis didn't "steal" anything.

@takewhole They have equal rights. There are Arabs in the government and the military, and many Arabs are well educated and have decent jobs and home. They are far better off in Israel than they will ever be in the Muslim world.
