  • True, Fat Is good if its not overused, Sugars burn much quicker then fats, But Fats burn slower. i think somewhat of a balance is good.

  • the human body is designed to run on carbs. The best carbs are the sugars of sweet fruits (carbohydrates = complex and simple sugars of different kinds) Fat hat to be converted to be used for fuel. 80 10 10 douglas graham. Open your ees no society ran on fat they all run on carbs. The fat thing is a invention of 20th century and it kills us. It came up as the same time the dairy industry came up. Before that people ran on complex carbs/sugars and were much healthier and thin.
