The song "She's Got Mine" was written and recorded on September 14th, 2008 at Live Rock Studios in Torrance California.

The basic tracks were recorded live, and the bass and drums remain from that live take, except for the bass track during the guitar lead and bridge, which were changed just after the basic track for compositional reasons.

Special thanks to El Erin who was the initial inspiration behind the session and the basic tracks. He was also originally intending to write the words and record the lead vocals.

It was agreed upon before the start of the writing/recording session for what became She's Got Mine that El Erin, Bill Lima, Mark Ludmer, and Duane Waider would equally share writing credits on this composition.
