OK, Here's the story. Jordan Chandler is given a sodium pentathlete like drug and "admits" that Michael molested him. Maybe I took too many med admin classes. But is this not one of the "Hypnotist or "Hypnols" that are currently restricted" I don't think dentists have regular access to the drug. If I were a social worker. Mr. Evan Chandler would have been brought in on "Child Endangerment" How do we know he didn't give this drug to Michael!?

@Truthnuff Correct. There would have been documents supporting that he received the drug. They lied about administering the drug from the beginning. The prosecution would have been all over that one.

Update: The sodium amytal theory was not the way the allegations were coerced. It was a story printed for sensationalism from Evan Chandler to make money outside of the settlement. The drug being administered is nowhere in his declaration of facts. Mary Fischer got it wrong with that one.

@Kingsherry There were reports! It is part of the official trial transcript! Messereau enen alluded to It, ! It wasn't a sensationalism stunt by Evan Chandler! That nonsense was part of a campaign by the District Attorney who tripped his hand on that one!

@Truthnuff Yes- Tabloid reports. Where in the transcripts did Tom Mesereau allude to sodium amytal? If sodium amytal was actually used and a false memory was implanted- how could Jordan be so detailed? How could he have told others who were prepared to testify against him in 2005 – that it never happened? The sodium amytal theory is just that. It’s not located anywhere in Evan’s declaration of facts.

I really think there was a settlement in this case due to the fact that the accused was a Black Man. The White Media was relentless and unethical~ They never reported the news...they manipulated the coverage and added the twists. Our justice system is in critical condition~ Defendants are persecuted by the press~ Just so sad!

When was the original video of this speech made? Even in death, they are trying to blame Michael for that a-hole Chandler committing suicide. Chandler had been dead almost two weeks before I saw anything about his suicide in the media. I found that rather strange. For an interesting article check out "Chandler Suicide Highlights Media Bias Against Jackson by Charles Thomson". Only in America is "a black humanitarian tarred as a paedophile and his white extortionist painted as a martyr".

@Truthnuff The FBI incorporated what Snedon call evidence but he has nothing to do with the FBI in general. If it's in the files that Cochran claimed it was extortion than its the truth.

@Truthnuff That's not true. It would make sense they tried to go to trial but thier motions were being denied left and right. You also have to remember that the 2005 documents show that the settlement was against not only Michael's wishes but all his legal team as well.
