Dwight coulda been a legend with his own voice. This is awesome.

This song could have been written word for word about Keith and Lorrie. Dwight sounds a lot like Conway.

when I was little, which would have been right around the time he died but i didn't know that then, i had the hugest little girl crush on keith whitley. i wanted to grow up and marry that voice! lol. music is a major influence in my life and the thing i turn to in times of joy and sadness. he and kt oslin are my first memories of music, probably bc they both have such beautiful and recognizable voices. but i'm proud to say that at 4 or 5 years old i had good taste in music! this made me cry

This is true Country music and MEGA TALENT! I've commented before that Keith Whitley was and remains the greatest Country Artist of my generation and Country Music lovers are being treated here to another talented Whitley who puts many of today's country artist's to shame! Such a talented and country music family that comes along once in a lifetime! Thank you for this beautiful post!

One of the most beautiful songs ever. Thanks for this wonderful remix.
The Whitley brothers, what truly talented men! This song is so beautiful. Keith was my first really big crush, I saw him in a show with Ricky Skaggs. Dwight's love for his family and the painful losses are there in his eyes for all the world to see. The love for Keith is there in his face. My heart is touched and I know that the legend won't fade for me. You've done a wonderful job on this video. Its really BEAUTIFUL! Dwight is a very talented singer in his own right.

That is so sweet of you. Thank you so much! I share the observations you've made of Dwight, and I wholeheartedly agree with you. Dwight's love for his family overrode his desire to chase fame & fortune, which could have come easily for him, as you & I know. But he decided to stay at home and give his 2 sons a life of stability and be home for them. They have their faults, just like any other family, but the love they have for one another is truly inspirational. Thanks for stopping by!
