The response to our sustainable community model has been overwhelming. It seems like people are sick of the "Rat Race" and want to live a different way, a more natural way where keeping up with the Joneses is not the priority.

At "Osa Mountain Village" we are creating the foundation that will allow our residents to build a simple life, a life full of joy, abundance, community, fun, games and friendship.

Reasons to become part of our community

A. Quality of Life:

OMV's full time event coordinator will make sure I have plenty of things to do, with weekly pool/BBQ parties, Texas Hold-em tourneys, daily volleyball, beach trips, nature hikes, morning yoga... etc. I will have many things to do.

B. Affordability:

I can live well on less than $500 per month!

C. Food Production:

We have already planted 2,000 fruit trees (over 40 varieties) 2,000 pineapple and beans. We are creating Tilapia ponds, raising chicken and more! Starting in January, we will be preparing the land for coffee, sugar cane, veggies, herbs and spices. Using new Vertical growing Technology and compost created by the community, we can grow 2 acres worth of veggies in 2,000 sq ft.

D. Natural Beauty:

At OMV I will be living amongst one of the most diverse eco-systems in the world. I will experience monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans...etc., on a daily basis in the 500 plus acres we are keeping as our animal reserve.

E. Investment/Location:

Costa Rica is on the top of the "countries to invest in" charts around the world. This is the real Costa Rica and until lately it was almost impossible to get to.

Right now 4 MAJOR projects are going on in the immediate area...

1. A new highway is currently being paved that links the more visited north to the more beautiful south.

2. A new hydro-electric dam is being built just over the hill from OMV, resulting in a 55 sq/km lake, just a few miles from OMV. This is the biggest project in all of Central America.

3. A new regional hospital has recently been completed and opened 2 miles from the entrance to our property.

4. A new International airport has been approved about 20 minutes to the south of OMV.

Any one of the above is a good economic indicator for investment but all 4 together make this a DREAM investment!

The property itself starts at about a 1,400 ft. elevation and goes up to almost 3,100 ft. so much more. .
By the way, Costa Rica was recently named The Happiest Country and the Greenest Country in the World!
