How To Jailbreak NEW 3.1 Firmware For iPhone,3G,3GS,iPod Touch 1st & 2nd Gen For WINDOWS

Make sure you are on 3.0 firmware while doing this!!!
1)Download the firmware for your device.
2)Connect your iPhone or iPod to iTunes.
3) DO NOT put in DFU mode. Just shift-restore and select your firmware.

IMPORTANT!!!
If you have lost signal make sure you download Ultrasn0w from Cydia you will get your signal back.

you have to be on 3.0. go to google, search, "ipod touch firmware" and click the first one called, "iPod and iPhone Firmware Download" and download the 3.0 firmware for ipod touch 2g. open itunes, put your ipod into DFU mode, then shift-restore your ipod and select your firmware.
