he's not doing it the right way when I did this to my car you could see steam coming out of the exhaust almost as soon as I started to spray water into the engine. But you have to have a very fine mist for the water to turn into steam. also drive the car for a good 10/15 min before you do this the engine has to be fully warmed up. I just put a mist of water into my throttle body instead of the vaccum line like he did.

I used windshield washer fluid to steam clean my engine, idles smoother and went from 19 to 20 in. of vac. um happy thanks
