Snowy Shaw is doing the vocals. This is on the Gothic Kabbalah tour and Snowy did that tour, not Mats. He looks like he has dark hair only because he's wearing an executioner's hood.

no idea. i guess i was lucky with the sound mix at the venue being so good.
i haven't fiddled with the actual video, i recorded it exactly like this, so i guess the camera was money well-spent :)
