  • Most exercise is bad for your body, it's why you take breaks and don't over do it so you don't end up getting hurt. Certain stability muscle exercises I do for my legs aren't the best, if I over do it I could get Tendonitis. The fact is if you want to become stronger and fitter you do the exercises that hurt not the safe ones that do barely anything. Most popular and common exercises don't work. Although too much muscle makes you heavy and it means you are not going to be very agile.

  • don't get me wrong though, a lot oof those are good, but the wide press and close grip ones you did are no good for the wrists.

  • a lot of those are no good for the wrists.

  • @dannyseroski It's to build up knuckle endurance. Great for boxers and MMA fighters who use a lot of punching.
