Original 1916 Mormon reprint of the original Penrose publication constructed for the Mormon Hierarchy in regards to and in defense of the Mountain Meadows Massacre and related doctrines such as Polygamy. This is some 60 years after the Mountain Meadows Massacre and 25 years after the "suspension" (haha) of the Polygamy Revelation. In fact Polygamy was being practiced in secret Mormon Polygamy caves in the same time period as this 1916 document! (in the Grand Canyon no less!) See my "Kawiches Gold Mine" video.
