this is where art meets my personal life, Sylvia Plath just lost her dad and I just lost my mom, as we both teeter on the libra/scorpio cusp between intensity and beauty, between loveliness and madness, I feel a certain anger at my own father, not because he is dead, but because he is still here and could care less what I am going through right now. One month after my mother's death, no phone calls to his only child, no offer of support for the divorce, and a complete denial that my mother left me anything.
So this is how I stay alive I express myself through the words of someone who didn't survive the life threatening sickness I must endure every day. The stigma of society and the judgemental attitudes of others who have never suffered mental illness themselves and tell me it's my fault for not "getting help".
As if the help offered by expensive couseling centers were a magic bandaid for a disease that effects me both mentally as well as physically. So many of you just don't get it.

  • also work on your german sound, "ich" "Luftwaffe" "Dachau" "Auchwitz" "Belsen" "Meinkampf". i'm not giving you notes because this matters, it just looks more professional when you honor the pronunciation of the words the author uses

  • the line is "to get back, back, back, to you" and the word is swastika, not shwastika, taroc, not tarot (in the poem) some more notes on word notes, and i guess the nine years is personal and will have to be excused, don't know much about you so i can't judge to much, but overall good and entertaining, though a little bit hokey at times especially the beginning telephone conversation, and the tarot pack, also, memorization is your friend… i give constructive criticism, not flowery garbage
