forgot to mention this...im assuming the hmong that went back to laos probably still thought that the war is still going on and did something stupid and thats probably why the government is calling them bandits

yea im confused myself ... but not all hmong are being killed in laos..i think the one that are being killed are the one that escape to thailand but wanted to go back to laos somereason

the ones are hunted are the ones that lives in the mountain. they are consider terrorist/rebels. they helped the US during the vietnam war and now the government are out after them.
the moped, cell phone and ball throwing are usually the hmong people who lives in city, or designated camps/village. these are the people who were willing to go by communist rulings.
