Can I point out that it might not be Tommy as the GTA V protagonist as the GTA V dude is about the same age as Tommy but is set in today's world? Also, I think I heard that Ray Liotta (Vercetti's voice actor) had a disagreement with Rockstar after Vice City so the chances of it being Tommy Vercetti are slim but let's hope I'm proved wrong :D.

Oh yeah, there are so many quotes I love that I couldn't find.
such as
