It's crazy how strong this was back in the day but dude, that DRK did NOT know how to make a Catastrophe build. He was only doing like 500, I know it's Catastrophe but should have easily been double that.

thats what i did not like so much about ffxi.
in this game not the "tough" players rocked, but the cock sucking followers.
so when they press the same button as you the result is different.
i saw so many ppl in linkshells that kissed every ass or fooled so many other ls-members for shit.
the only ppl i ever liked were ppl who did not buy gil, raised a craft to 100 & got at least 50% of very sweet equipment on their own.
ffxi was still 1000times better than xiv.

Holy hell o0 I think I agree with the overall idea that this shiz is INSANE. He is at maxed out haste and no telling what his gear is or exactly what they were doing unless someone knows how to translate it. lol All I know, if I seriously want to see what this thing can do for myself...

NH was always the most elite linkshell on the server when I played. I doubt anyone has displaced them since I quit.

It's not just haste gear.
Haste from equipment (including Catastrophe) caps at 25%.
Haste from magic (including Haste Belt) caps at approximately 43.3%.
Haste from Hasso and Desperate Blows is separate from these caps, for a maximum of 93.3% Haste.
Only a DRK/SAM can get thier delay reduced by the much. And only then if the they have Desperate Blows capped.
