After years of heavy touring & recording under the name Hightide Blues, Paul McDonald & his bandmates got off the road to write and record a new album. What they came up with was something they felt should stand on it's own as a new project.

Just wait until more of the younger American Idol audience members get a little older and see/ hear what Paul McDonald and The Grand Magnolias are really doing!

As for me, I will patiently wait for Paul's tour with HIS band playing and singing HIS and JP's songs...but I really hope that's not too much longer.
