@thelaurenator3008 Unfortunately I have been left with my back curved and there will be nothing i can do about it, the training has cause your back to develop and adapt to the needs of gymnastics due to the young age at which you started. I began when I was 3 years old so my back has always been trained to be curved. But if you stretch back out after training your back you can possible prevent it from getting any worse. Sorry i couldnt be of more help

@Hanzy9077 You said that your back will become more curved. Well, I started rhythmics at the age of 12..and now I DO find that my back is curved, not streight (like im arching..but i'm not) Do you know anything that may help me stop this? I train everyday, and I don't want to give it up..but I have a weird curved back..

I find it unbelievable how some RG videos are called "rg is not easy" .It's like saying "being neurosurgeon is more than knowing alphabet" .If this is just sport,anything else is merely a hobby.Gotta give it to Russians,their way of torturing beautiful women in an artsy way is one of a kind...gmnastics,ice-skating,b

omg i tried it, and i loved it even if it was hard. when i went to training, its was like relief from everything in the outside world. =)
Than I had to quit because the days the training was, I wasn't able to go =(
