What effect did you use to get their faces in the eye?

@Sanja920 Well the eye I got off another site, then I just shrunk their faces down, you can adjust the size of the video clip in Sony Vegas and stuff......then I kind of blurred the edges with this shape manipulation thing called "cookie cutter." So yup ;D x
