HOW COME IS THERE A DELAY ON MY TRACKS?

@305steve16A You may have to set the buffer size on your audio interface. Also, if you are using this for mixing/mastering you should not have a latency issue with any DAW that has good automatic latency compensation (many/most/all of them, basically).
