Documentary about the 25th and last bombing mission of a B17, the "Memphis Belle". The "Memphis Belle" took part in a great bombing raid on sub-pens in Wilhelmshafen, Germany. On their way they encounterd heavy AA fire and interceptors.

I don't get it, I bought this "public domain" DVD and its in balck and white. It was specificly shot in color, why B&W?

We should all give thanks this Memorial Day for these men and all men and women preserving or freedom. The film was a beautiful tribute to them. We need this as required learning to try to bring back more Patriotism ,Openly displaying our love for our country should be first and foremost.
