4 people don't believe in a lullaby...
-
always brings my emotions welling to the surface

You can look up Suo Gan on Wikipedia for lyrics and background story. Beautiful, indeed! The Welsh have a right to be proud of this.

lindo,maravilhoso
-
We're doing this in my choir (except in English). This piece always make me so homesick!
-
at first i thought it was done by some chinese musician but i'm wrong since i found the meaning of this song ..what a brilliant composer!
-
@theredcorbe He did a good job lip syncing too. Most of the time, people who lip sync just look like goldfish gulping.
-
GRANDE ESECUZIONE... BELLA MUSICA.... BELLISSIMA MELODIA... MOLTO TOCCANTE e DOLCE... VERAMENTE "UNICA"..!!!
-
Christian Bale did not sing it. He lip synced it.
-
Not this choir. A young man named James Rainbird with the Ambrosian Junior Choir did the version in the film.
-
Christian Bale only lip-synched in the film "Empire of the Sun". "Suo Gân", as performed by James Rainbird and the Ambrosian Junior Choir directed by John McCarthy, is featured prominently in the film Empire of the Sun, where it is lip-synched by a young Christian Bale. It also appears, instrumentally, in the beginning of the movie Dutch.

@aronswritingdeskyt .....................As a Welshman I have to agree with you ;) I am from North Wales though, where we speak REAL Welsh..........
There are some nicer versions of this if you browse through youtube, the Steven Spielberg Movie 'Empire of the Sun' is a beautiful version....but it's cut a lil short !
-
