When I was at secondary school which was from the early to mid 1980's the school had 6 BBC Micro Model B computers which I remember using when I was a pupil.
So it's cool to watch this clip but I don't ever remember seeing this first time around when I was still in school.

I was still using these in 2005 at school (was a crap school, still stuck in the 80s tech wise). Seeing this was amazing, the Beeb was what got me into computers.
Ian Trackman is one hell of an outstanding nerd in this. Exactly what a software consultant *should* look like - not the pony-tailed, pierced, weed smoking, girl dating extroverts they are today.

I remember my ZX81, Spectrum and Commodore 64 from the 80's. I had great fun programming them. The BBC micro was a bit out of my budget, but my school had one (didn't most schools in the UK have them?).
