Thanx got it,..though i have a another question. in the midi editor every time I draw in a note that marker is always moving up to the note. How can I change it to where that marker isnt always lining up with the note i put in?

@TheFulkanelli Under the hand tool interface (mag. Glass, grabber tool, pencil tool, timeline cursor, ect. ) there are six smaller buttons. I don't know how to explain which one it is, but one of the bottons will help your problem by unselecting it.

@TheFulkanelli PT is so simple once you know it well:) To loop a selected section of timeline, simply right click the play button, and select the "loop" option. This will always loop and section of time that is longer than around one second. Let me know if this doesn't satisfy your question!
