Make sure you are doing the exercises every other day. This video do it today and the next video take a day rest and then continue. Example of your workout days: Tues, Thurs, Sat. The Program is for anyone who wishes to improve their jumping ability; particularly volleybal playersl, basketball players, and fielders of track.

  • the barbell hurts my back when i rest the barbell on it,any solutions

  • @rascalreezy23 You can wrap a towel over the middle of the bar, but if you keep doing the exercise without the towel your back will get use to it. Eventually it will make slot in your back to rest on and it won't hurt you.
