For all those who are wondering the first part is bassoon. Then the flute, violins, cellos, violas,piano (Left hand only i think... It could be a bass pluck. I'm not sure) bass jump in with a timpani and I think some Chinese cymbals. (The violins are sliding up and down to make that sound). The last note is a bass pluck. That's what I hear. It's not a brass instrument playing.
