Q: Let's just say someone wanted to be an archer, would that person have to wait to go to some class master in game, or would that person be able to do it all right from the game creation?

@superdude919 You can do it right from the beginning of the Game with the Stipulation of having Limited skills. Later in the Game (Level 50) if you chose Gaia Fighter you can change your Job to Archer.
