Hey buddy I live in NYC too I'm 14 and have a school and weekend edc do you know if I can carry a very small Berber mini paraframe blade ? Not too school obviously but after school and at weekends ?

It's good judgement on your part not to bring it to school.

It should be fine carrying it at other times just don't clip the knife to the outside of your pocket because the police may stop you if they see a pocket clip. If you're really concerned about it you can buy a Leatherman Wave which has a longer blade and is almost universally seen as a useful tool and not a weapon.

useless to carry wave as edc, knife sucks, meh monocular and really, really crappy lighter and come on! pilot pens?? why not at least get a parker or something? well there is my negativity passed from me to you. have a crappy day

@GoldenColts Yeah i want a carrier in law enforcement o i dont want to get a a ticket or arrested for carrying the knife.... i cary a multi tool with me on holidays after school and weekends as well but i have been a bit set back with my knife, the blade is smaller than my four fingers and haha i would never take it to school :D LOL and yeah i wouldn't use the pocket clip just because of that reason thanks for tho info :) !!
