Ellensburg Extreme How to Stretch a Buck Winter 2006
Writer/Talent: Jared Lovrak
WARNING: THIS VIDEO IS KINDA' RAUNCHY.
NOTES:
It was VERY windy in Ellensburg the day of this shoot. An Ellensburg Extreme sketch I acted in and co-wrote with Mike Fessler. The whole idea sprang from a single throwaway joke about putting rubbers in the washing machine for reuse that I remembered from an old issue of MAD Magazine. It spiraled out of control from there. Filmed on location in my apartment with the living room illuminated only by a 40-watt lamp and whatever sunlight I could get through my 4X10'' window. NOTE: that certain elements of this sketch promote behavior that I don't endorse now, but at the time I made this sketch, I lived a life with minimal respect towards my Christian convictions. At the time, my view towards various sinful behaviors was one of indifference if not participation, and my only goal in this sketch was to put a humorous slant on what I viewed to be the quintessential "college lifestyle". My hope is that you will appreciate this video from a humorous and technical standpoint, but not as me condoning or encouraging that behavior.
