Ingredients: Half white onion, EV Olive Oil, Half a Lemon, Pepper, Salt, Cherry Tomatos, Kale.
Recipe: 1)Wash and pull the kalle off the stem. 2) Slice the cale into thin strips 3) Add salt and EEOO to the kale and massage 4) Add chopped white onion, chapped avocado, cherry tomatos, and toss 5) Serve it!

-Sub honey with agave and fetta cheese with homemade cashew cheese crumbles or almond cheese and mmmm girl. Fit for a vegan. Kale is packed with calcium homies.
