@Luzagal You have to be kidding me.. It costs money to bring things up into orbit. The heavier the payload of the spacecraft is, the more fuel they have to use to get the shuttle out of the atmosphere.

I can't believe they allowed a keyboard.
A rough calculation puts the cost of getting that thing up there at around $300,000.
But then again that figure is a bit misleading, though it is true that the average cost of earth-to-orbit transport is about $10,000 per lb.
