Liquid eyeliner is easier to apply if you do it w/ a liner brush (just rub the brush against the applicator the liner came w/ to get the product).Then apply it the way this vid showed. If you don't have a brush though, you can draw a dotted line on your eye where you want the liner to go. That way you'll have more confidence as you're applying it. Also, swipe some light grey(or whatever color that coordinates w. your liner) eyeshadow over the lid to seal the liner&get a smokey look.
