Yes, that's right. If you get stuck in the snow you need to pump the gas pedal hard. Just keep spinning the wheels, sooner or later the car will give in and come loose.
So to all newbies out there, if you get stuck in the snow just push the pedal hard and fast, then the car will pop out of the snow eventually.
