  • hello again, so today i had a bottle of water and a banana for breakfast. but at lunch i was so hungry i ate a lot, how do i control my diet so im not overindulging on food at differnet meals of the day

  • @gairrettinc you would have been much better off having a big slice of ham and eggs for breakfast. The protein would have lasted you a long time and you would'nt have been ravaged. The banana is full of sugar...fast burn, then gone. Join my reader forum fattoskinny net
