Stretching with Jake - Video 6

Fitness guru, possibly, self-help guru. Not so much. I highly recommend his stretching moves (which is why I took the time to upload these 9 segments) but I absolutely DON'T recommend his "self help" rantings. See note below*.

I recorded these sessions from the TV back in the mid 90's. It was a part of the "Fit TV" series. The stretching has helped me so much so I thought I'd "share the wealth". So far, all I've run into are stretch videos that seem more like a workout than a stretch. Anyhow, hope it helps you too. Just remember to breathe when stretching. That's the key to relaxing the muscles you're stretching.

*Although Jake may be a FITNESS guru, and what he did in this video series is wonderful, I find his SELF-HELP guru words sprinkled throughout the videos a bit annoying and kind of goofy. I just wanted to make that distinction and set out a caution to that part of the series. I'd turn off the sound but you need to hear what the next move is so I endure it. At times it interferes with the session. Watch how he leaves the girls balancing in an uncomfortable pose while he goes off on one of his tangents. Kind of funny.
