You cannot boot the computer..period. the computer is disabled/does not work at all.. even if you re-install OS. Pretty hard to resell a "brick"

The goal is not only to render the computer useless but also to render the data useless. When your admin pull the plug, the motherboard is basically disabled. You can't do anything with it and the data on the hard drive is encrypted so you can't use it.

What if they just wipe the harddrive and sell it as used?
