Hi Freddie. this doesnt relate to the video but i just want to ask you a question because i know you were a former police officer. is it true that police are living in a racist, sexist, and classist system of oppression?
please answer this because i respect your views and thoughts. i got into a heated discussion about police officers all being oppressive and trained as an institution to be racist and oppressive.

@dkblade27 That is how they are trained and it is difficult to be within that system and uphold the true way, many times if you do not conform to the majority you will be forced out and that is what happended to me.

ive been tryin to find some things to do so i can get fit. i know i wont be able to do it as good as u and a lot of other ppl but do u still suggest me to do this? and how often a week should i do this?

@ssdskully exercise 3-6 days a week, anywhere from 10min-2hours a day.
