The best mayonnaise is Heinz OR if you are lucky enough to get Dutch mayonnaise then GET IT!! Also...instead of using watercress you can use some freshly cut chives which are just as beautiful.

erm is there a certain sort of mayonaise im suppose to use? its just that i dont really like mayonaise but ive had sandwiches that are ready made and now i tryed it myself and im not really happy with my mayonaise i did exactly what you did and the way you made it but mine didnt come out to be right? which mayonaise did you use?

@xRimmix lolaphonic use a top quality mayonnaise :O) best thing would be to make your own mayo :O)

@xRimmix lol i havn't ever made any actually, so a strange suggestion i supose, i know its mostly made of egg white to give u an idea :O) bound to be loads of recipes online
