  • I was a ragular in Galveston in the 60's / 70's and back then we knew that tanker surfing was a possability but we never were able to find the waves . I paddled out from east beach for nearly a mile one time looking for a tanker wake , didn't find it but I'm glad to see the next generation of surfers finaly did . I think the tankers are bigger now days too . Cowabunga Dude !

  • pretty sick waves.. been out there a few times before. you gotta time it right and find the right location in the bay.. perfect wind conditions, type of tankers, etc.. bring your rod though. theres some good fishing to be found when you're watin in between boats. :) props to these fellas to shed some light on it..!!

  • feces4u, you are so wrong!!! There is surf in Texas...about steers and queers how do you know that ?? You must know from experience!!

  • Nice surf stoke jack ass. As long as people are having gun, no reason to kill the buzz. Jerk off.

  • Thanks.

  • actually my first comment, which all you guys replied to, was well before this last swell hit hawaii.

And dont worry Ill be surfing it as soon as it gets down here. Im super south, it takes about a week to get here.

yes your joke about me being la nina was VERY witty. I was wrong, you do have a sense of humor.

  • Unless you're on the pacific ocean, you really don't have much room to talk. If you are on the pacific, the fact that you're surfing the internet rather than the sick el niño swell that's in the water right now makes you la niña. How's that for a sense of humor - I'm laughing and I know my boys who never miss a storm swell are too.

  • if these guys really want to surf everyday why dont they move to someplace that has waves everyday?

  • God people in texas have no sense of humor.

Im not good enough to be surfing in texas, the waves are too heavy there.

  • surf texas? theres no waves in texas.

    only steers and queers
